Fabrication Of Solar Agro Sprayer

Typical photovoltaic sprayer has been developed for agricultural applications. The nature has abundant energy and how we are utilizing it for saving our own planet utmost important for the future generation. This innovative product was designed and developed for spraying of pesticides and liquid substances for rural farming purpose. The device consists of flexible solar panels which is heart of the system. The panel has the capacity of 9 watts made up of 9 photovoltaic cells and each cell has 1 watt power. The principle of solar energy is to convert the light energy into electrical energy through electron hole movements. Once the energy is converted, it is stored in a D.C lead free battery, and later the stored energy is converted into mechanical energy by means of D.C. motor. The additional mechanical accessories such as blower, PVC pipe, reservoir (tank) for storage are used for system compliance for better performance.
