Abstract

This study went to search the articulatory and acoustic features of stuttering patients the case of stop sound so as to indicate the effect of his the moratorium and the blast that characterize this collection from other sounds on the patient’s degree of stuttering.
Proceeded researcher to the physical characteristics of the product and verbal task in time duration and sound intensity analysis, and the resulting accented features the voices Endowment for both stuttering and non stuttering, through the voice product “ailing” compared to the other “proper”, where digital average output of adoption physical measurements recorded mediated Praat program in comparative analytical process to show the characteristics of this group of sounds. This message is in four chapters: The first chapter: the general framework of the study included : Introduction to the study and questions, and objectives, and its importance, and its borders, and its methodology, and terminology, and the second chapter : the theoretical framework for the study, which meant studying accents disorders, verbal through a statement the idea disorders communication in general, stand on the concept of speech disorders, and the reasons leading to the occurrence. Then talk about speech disorders in ُ
terms of concept, appearances, and the reasons leading to the occurrence, as the second chapter previous studies.
The third chapter , through two sections : the first section devoted to talk about stuttering in terms of the concept of bumbling and manifestations and forms, causes stuttering and theories unexplained him, then gave an assessment of stuttering , and an audio input therapeutically verbally .
