ABSTRACT

This research project aims to explore collaborative learning approaches as innovative strategies for equipping business education students with a global outlook. In an increasingly interconnected and diverse world, it is essential for business education students to develop skills and perspectives that enable them to thrive in a globalized marketplace. This study seeks to investigate the effectiveness of collaborative learning approaches in fostering cross-cultural understanding, teamwork, and global competence among business education students, and to propose recommendations for their implementation.
