ABSTRACT

This research project aims to examine the impact of office management skills required of Office Technology and Management (OTM) graduates in the Cross River State Civil Service. Office management skills play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective administrative operations in government organizations. This study seeks to investigate the specific office management skills that OTM graduates are expected to possess and explore their impact on job performance and career advancement within the Cross River State Civil Service.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, utilizing surveys and interviews to collect data from OTM graduates working in the Cross River State Civil Service. The research objectives include identifying the key office management skills required of OTM graduates, examining the level of acquisition of these skills, assessing their impact on job performance and career advancement, and exploring the challenges and support mechanisms in developing and applying these skills.

The findings of this research project will contribute to the existing body of knowledge by providing insights into the impact of office management skills required of OTM graduates in the Cross River State Civil Service.
