ABSTRACT
This research project aims to investigate the impact of evaluation as a catalyst for skill acquisition in business education. Evaluation plays a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes, including the acquisition of skills, in educational settings. In the context of business education, evaluation provides feedback and measurement of students’ skill development, identifying areas of strength and areas that require improvement. This study seeks to explore the specific impact of evaluation on skill acquisition in business education, examining its role in enhancing teaching and learning strategies, promoting student engagement, and improving overall skill development.
