ABSTRACT

This research project aims to explore the implementation of business teacher education and training as a solution to address educational challenges. Business teachers play a critical role in preparing students for the demands of the business world and equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies. However, numerous challenges exist within the educational system that hinder effective teaching and learning practices. This study seeks to investigate the implementation of business teacher education and training programs as a potential panacea for these challenges, examining their impact on teacher effectiveness, student learning outcomes, and overall educational improvement.

A mixed-methods research design will be utilized, incorporating surveys, interviews, and classroom observations to collect data from business teachers, teacher educators, administrators, and students. The research objectives include examining the current state of business teacher education and training programs, exploring their effectiveness in addressing educational challenges, and proposing recommendations for enhancing their implementation.

The findings of this research project will contribute to the existing body of knowledge by providing insights into the implementation of business teacher education and training as a solution to educational challenges.
