ABSTRACT

This research project aims to explore the psychosocial attributes and ethical qualities needed for successful entrepreneurship in the twenty-first century. Entrepreneurship has become increasingly important in driving economic growth and innovation. However, the evolving business landscape presents new challenges and demands for entrepreneurs.
